Associate Resource Groups (ARGs)

An ARG is an Associate-led, voluntary, company-endorsed group formed by a common interest that empowers a community whose collective voice fosters an inclusive company culture.

In 2020, we launched ARGs to cultivate a sense of belonging and offer a platform for learning and meaningful discussion. By providing Associates the opportunity to connect based on shared common identities, allyship, and interests, we can inspire the power of community and engagement.

We have six ARG’s – Asian/Pacific Islander, Black, Hispanic/Latin X, LGBTQ+, Wellness, and Women.
